About Corra Linn 12-18 Months
Corra Linn is a hard ewe’s milk cheese made with unpasteurised milk and traditional lambs rennet.
It has a characteristic nutty flavour with sweet notes.
Once pressed overnight it is rubbed with locally grown and refined rapeseed oil and wrapped in traditional muslin cheese cloth and matured for 12 to 18 months.

Errington Cheeses have been making cheese since the early 1980’s from their own flock of Lacaune ewes. In 2019 they bought some dairy goats so they now make a selection of award winning Sheep and Goats milk cheese including Corra Linn ‘Best Scottish Cheese’ at the World cheese awards last year and the original Lanark Blue.
