    Each and every one of Diforti’s cannoli are handmade and rolled with care into their characteristic tube shape. They are then fried and a delicious filling added. They are then finished with a delicate dusting of icing sugar.

    Ingredients:
    PASTRY: WHEAT Flour, Palm Oil, Sugar, Fructose, Honey, Salt, Egg White Powder, Butter (MILK), Dried Yeast, Flavourings.

     

    Lemon Cream: Sugar, Vegetable Oils (Sunflower, Palm), Modified Potato Starch, Lactose (MILK), Skimmed MILK Powder, Emulsifier: SOYA Lecithin, Flavourings, Glucose Syrup, Colours (E100, E160e), Preservative (E202), Acidity Regulator (E330).

     

    Pistachio Cream: Sugar, Vegetable Oils (Sunflower, Palm), Skimmed MILK Powder, Whey MILK Powder, Lactose (MILK), Pistachio NUTS (4%), Glucose Syrup, Glycerol, Emulsifier: SOYA Lecithin, Flavourings, Thickener (E415), Preservative (E202).

     

    Hazelnut Cream: Sugar, Vegetable Oils (Sunflower, Palm), Low-Fat Cocoa (7%), LACTOSE, HAZELNUTS (2%), Skimmed MILK Powder, Emulsifier: SOYA Lecithin, Flavourings.

     

    Decoration: Dextrose, WHEAT Starch, Vegetable Fats (Palm, Coconut), Vanillin.

Diforti is a Sicilian family business, that distribute a wide selection of gourmet Italian products throughout the UK and Europe.

With a heritage going back to 1875, when Michele Diforti, began collecting olives from local farms and selling them all over Sicily, they have grown to become a leader in Italian speciality foods.

There commitment to quality and authentic flavour has never changed.

Additional Information

All our products come directly from our shop based in the small village of Cartmel, just outside the Lake District national park. Our shop is temperature controlled between 12-14 degrees to allow maturation of all of our cheeses.

Every single product on this website has been hand-picked and tasted by our team to ensure that they are truly special – we hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
