A rich and dense goats cheese that despite its condensed texture maintains a creamy succulence. Its flavour is light, creamy with hints of caramel and has hazelnut and mushroom flavours on the rind.
Made by Caroline and Will Atkinson outside Stawley near Wellington, Somerset. Minimum weight 200 grams
