Crozier Blue
Product Details
A soft and creamy blue marrying a gentle savoury edge from the blueing with a nutty, biscuit sweetness from the sheeps milk.
Made by the Grubb and Furno families at Beechmount near Fethard, Co Tipperary, Crozier comes from the same dairy as its more famous cousin Cashel Blue and follows a very similar recipe. The milk is produced by the flock of sheep farmed by Louis Grubb’s cousin, Henry Clifton Brown.
