This debut ale from Unsworth's Yard Brewery in Cartmel is made using finest English hops and English Barley.  The beer is a light, ruby coloured ale with a gentle flavour of toffee and pairs well with fruitcake and our local cheeses. Try it with Brother David, Wensleydale or Mrs Kirkhams.
