Made at Holker Farm, the cheese is similar in style to a Munster or perhaps a Reblochon. Made with the raw milk from the farms own Dairy Shorthorn cows the flavour is that of a strong washed rind cheese at the start but then mellows out to leave a gentle but long creamy finish. Pair with zesty white wines or real ale and light bitters. The cheeses weigh around 450 grams each.
