Beenleigh Blue
Product Details
Not for the faint hearted, Beenleigh packs a punch. The rich sheeps milk lends it a toffee sweetness with rich, raisiny, pudding flavours while the blueing lifts and adds a spicy element. The combination can at sometimes taste almost alcoholic, bringing comparisons of Oloroso sherry or Tokaj wine. The texture crumbles moistly, every crumb another nugget of intense flavour.
